vicodin could cause internal bleeding?

Ive been taking vicodin to help relieve the pain of my wisdom teeth that I just had removed. I was wondering if this could cause something like internal bleeding. Yesterday and today my race seems hearat and my hands are a little shakey. My stool was jet black, I'm not really sure what that means. Could you help me and let me know what could possibly happen?
