What size skis, boots and poles should I do?

I am 16 years old, 5 feet 7 inches, about 220 pounds and I wear size 10 1 / 2 and 11 shoes. I am a little better than a beginner skier. Women's skis

The boots are the most critical of the 3 articles. They should fit tightly around of your foot and ankle so that you can send your body movements to the skis. I suspect that you wear a 27 or 26 in a ski boot. shoe size a woman is different from that of a man numbered. A man of 10 is a size 28 to a woman 10 is a size 27. Different foot shape will also make a difference. Go to a specialty ski shop and try different boots, and note the size, make and model that fits your feet the best. It will take several hours to find a good one. About a pair of skis, 155 cm in stiff ski enough to withstand the weight would be my suggestion. A shorter ski will probably be too soft to support you. Much longer and you will face the test until your skill level improves. Ski poles on a 42 "might fit, or a 44, I buy long and trim down to the exact size of my address.
