Would mens running shoes is also effective for a woman?

I know that women and men have different centers of gravity, and with all research carried running shoes these days, I was wondering if this is a factor taken into account in designing high-end shoes running? I wonder because I wear a large size, often not available for women shoes, and therefore must often buy models for men.

If the shoe fits then that's all that matters. High-end running shoe manufacturers might suggest that there is a difference but this is just clever advertising, the center of gravity for women against men are not taken into account, because unlike the shoe is ridiculously microscopic or no.
