What width would be acceptable size for my 11.5 boot if I use a micrometer pls shock?

OK, here's the deal. I'm 6'1, 205-210 with Salomon Symbio boots (which I love) and I'm really interested in a new board. I've been riding for about 13 years but I am not trained on new technologies for at least the last 5 years. I need a mountain, all large board with the descent flex but not too much and I can not know what advice the better. I'm really interested in the Ride Concept TMS and Burn Palmer also looks pretty good. Another problem my feet are too big for these two boards, so I'd be OK if I used the shock risers Palmer? Sorry if its a stupid question that I do not want a bad investment. Thank you!
