How can I beat a stop sign running?

I went down a bit. There was a stop sign on left me and a bunch of cones in the shape of a crescent. So I stopped and basically I want to go to court because the sentence of closing cops was "Do you have a bomb or a grenade in your car?" Any suggestions on what to do?

1. You ran a stop sign .. 2. You broke the law .. 3. You pay the fine .. 4. I seriously doubt the officer asked you whether or not you have had a bomb or a grenade in your car .. A judge would laugh at you .. Nice try ..
