I have a vinyl top on my car. How can I clean it?

My first car, a 1969 Ford Galaxie that I restored my father has a new black vinyl top on it. the problem is, there is always dust on it, and it is impossible to clean because it creates only giants smear marks. anyone has any solutions in mind?

Get all your favorite all-purpose cleaner (Simple Green 409, citrus cleaner, etc.) and spray thoroughly. Using a hand held soft brush to work up too. Once you stirred the cleanest in the fabric, use your garden hose at full pressure to flush until you see no more soap out. Let dry sun and spray a protective vinyl top on it once it is dry. You should be able to buy to your local store for auto parts.
