What is Art Attack art where NeilBuchanan used coffee and tissues (I think) on paper to make it look old?

It I happened to have watched this episode once, but I do not remember what he did. My little brother needs to do this project in his school and I really want to help. He needs to make the paper, it will use looks really old. And I somehow remember Neil Buchanan to on paper and fabric, using a brush, pour coffee over it and let dry. But I do not remember the rest of the procedures. Or, if you know of any alternatives, please share it with me. Thank you! =)

I made tea with watercolor on paper of good quality. And he can fold and iron the paper any number of times. I have not seen the Art Attack program, unfortunately.
