I have a 151 snowboard, should i return it?
I bought a brand new dc womens snowboard its 151 and it comes up to my four head. Im a beginner, should I get a different size, if so what size?
A board should be between your collar bone and your nose. A longer board is going to be more stable, but heavier and harder to turn. A shorter board will be easier to turn, but may be harder for a beginner because it isn't as stable, especially at speed. For comparison, I'm a 6'2 260lb male and I ride a 159. My wife is 5'4 140lbs and rides a 141 I think.
